Returns & Refunds

We understand that it can be tricky to purchase goods online. We have tried to be accurate with our descriptions and size measurements so please read through each product page and feel free to contact us with any questions prior to completing your purchase. 

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. You Wooden Believe It will gladly accept returns of your item in new condition within 28 days of the order shipment date for a full refund, or store credit at your discretion.  Shipping fees on your initial order are non-refundable. 


Please email us mike@youwoodenbelieveit.com to advise of your intent to return your item. Please include your contact details, order number and reason for return. 


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 28 days after delivery

     

    Unfortunately we will not be able to offer refunds on Gift Card purchases or downloadable products

     

    HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS:

     

    • Contact us at mike@youwoodenbelieveit.com and inform us of your query and your intention to return.
    • Pack your items responsibly, include the original invoice in the parcel and return the parcel, after you have contacted us. Please send to: You Wooden Believe It - Returns - 25 Wateville Road, London, N17 7PT
    • All items purchased in our online store must be returned in the same condition you received it.
    • Refunds will be credited against your original method of purchase, unless you would like a gift card or a replacement of the same item or one of similar value. Please specify in your contact email which you prefer.

    It is advisable to send your return via a trackable delivery service, as we cannot take responsibility for items that haven't arrived.

    1. We will email you to let you know once we have received your item(s).

    2. Once we advise you that we have received your returns, please allow up to 2 weeks for your account to be credited should you require a refund. Usually it only takes a day or so, depending on your bank.

    3. All returns must be made within 28 days of date order dispatched.

    FAULTY ITEMS

    We're so sorry if an item you received is not in perfect condition. Please follow the returns process (within 28 days) as above and attach a photo of the fault to the returns form. We will meet our obligations under UK Consumer Law or similar legislation which may include replacing the item or giving you a refund/credit upon receiving your faulty item back.
